Information we collect

When you use the "Get My Cash Offer" form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you choose to share about your situation or timeline.

Like most websites, our web server also records standard technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed. We use this only to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and understand how the site is used.

We may save your answers before you submit

The form on our site may save what you've entered — even a single field, like just an address or just a phone number — before you click submit. This happens automatically as you fill out the form, including if you leave the page without finishing. We do this so we can follow up on your inquiry even if you don't complete the form, and so you don't lose your progress if you come back later. Your own browser also keeps your unsent answers locally for up to 7 days, until you submit the form or clear the site's data.

Where this information goes

Information you enter is sent to and stored on DirectPoint Property Group's own web server, in a private database that only DirectPoint Property Group can access. We may also keep a copy in a private Google Sheet under our own Google account. It is not shared with, or visible to, anyone outside DirectPoint.

How we use your information

• To prepare and communicate an offer, and to work through any next steps you agree to.
• To keep a record of inquiries so we can follow up appropriately.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information to third parties.
• We don't use your information for anything unrelated to evaluating or discussing your property.

Third-party services

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which routes and protects traffic to the site. Form submissions may also be copied into Google Sheets (via Google Apps Script) under DirectPoint Property Group's own Google account, and we may use an email delivery service to alert us to new inquiries. These providers process the information only to provide their service to us and do not use it for their own marketing purposes. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when a page loads.

Your choices
